Spankers Hill IPA
A rich and juicy IPA with a citrus hit.
Spankers Hill is an area of Richmond Park. The name remains a mystery but is possibly, maybe, potentially a link to a very famous racehorse in the 1700’s known as Spanker. Racehorses were sometimes exercised in Richmond Park and it’s possible that the area was named after the horse of the era. Either way, it’s a lovely wooded area, planted in 1819.
