All the beers are dry hopped to extract as much natural flavour as possible using some of the best hops from around the world.
Apart from our core range, we produce a wide variety of specials throughout the year, which gives us the opportunity to use a diverse range of ingredients.
Killcat Pale Ale
A refreshing pale ale with the hoppiness and punch of an IPA but session strength. Blended New Zealand, Australian and American hops combine together to create floral flavours with a hint of grapefruit.
Named after the sinister sounding Killcat Corner situated between Robin Hood and Roehampton Gates, the name remains a mystery.
Gallows Pale Ale
A sweet golden pale, hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic, providing a fine fruity mix of tropical and mango flavours with a rich aroma.
This beer takes its name from the gallows which once stood at Kingston Gate.
Influenced by the West Coast IPA’s, using an American yeast strain, this punchy IPA is dry hopped with Citra, Centennial and Simcoe. Notes of pine with a refreshing citrussy finish.
Spankers Hill Wood was planted in 1819. Another unusual name which continues to puzzle us.

Golden pale exclusively dry hopped with Mosaic, notes of summer fruits with a heady aroma.
Japanese style pale ale, brewed with rice and exclusively hopped with Sorachi Ace.
Pale ale hopped only with US hop Idaho 7, providing an aroma of sweet berries.
Dove Tree 5.7%
White IPA, a mix of Belgian and German yeast strains. Dry hopped with Pekko, Azacca and Sorachi Ace. Silky, dry and funky with hints of banana & coconut. Riot Ice cream
DIPA 8.4 %
Brewed with lactose and infused with vanilla pods to create ice-cream flavours, fermented with New England yeast and heavily dry hopped with Citra.
Dry hopped brown ale, notes of hazelnut, caramel and toffee with a fruity edge from the dry hop.
Dark Hill 5.5%
Black IPA using seasonal dry hops, frequently including Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic.
White Stout 4.2%
Brewed with wheat, oats, cacao and cold brew Guatemalan coffee. Pale and smooth.
Two Storm 4.5%
Rye Abbey Ale, dry hopped with Citra, low in bitterness, rich and fruity. Park Porter. 4.2% Brewed with milk and oats, silky smooth and deeply satisfying.
Brut IPA, 5.9%
Dry, clean and crisp, exclusively hopped with NZ hops.
